We kick things off with an opening gathering to set intentions for our time together and take care of some of important admin items so we can jump right into the course content in Week 1.

Branding, branding, and more branding! We will evaluate your current brand and pull together all the aspects needed to communicate essential information to your ideal customers. Then you’ll learn how to choose the right tools for building your website and how to manage it safely.
This week we’re using the work completed in weeks 1 through 3. If you need a new site we’ll begin planning and designing a website to express your brand identity and communicate essential information to your ideal customers. If you’re here for the upgrade, we’ll assess the content of your current website taking your new brand
Now that you have some newly designed pages or updates, we’ll dive into the dollars and cents of your business. We’ll look at your profit margin and pricing strategies and then pull from the work you did in the first two weeks to optimize your homepage and help you build trust with your customers.
We will continue our focus on eCommerce as we work on maximizing your online sales. Then you will learn how to measure your progress with data that helps you make business decisions as you continue to run your business in the future.
A profile used to match your company’s time and resources to the needs, problems, and the goals of your ideal customer. You will build and use this important marketing tool throughout the program and as you continue to run your business.
Your brand is more than just the products and services you sell. A brand guide helps you manage how your business is seen and how your customers feel about you.
When you are just getting started (or starting over) your website should provide just the right amount of information for your customers to make a decision and act on it. You will leave the program with a website that does just that
